1. Processing Time

3. Domestic Shipping (USA Only)

We solely ship to addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Potential Delays

While we aim for lightning-fast processing, please note that shipping times may be delayed based on your location within the USA. * Regional Factors: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and rural or remote areas may take longer than the estimated timeframes.

  • Carrier Delays: Solely Squish is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx), severe weather, or high-volume mail seasons.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address! Solely Squish is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
