At Solely Squish, we take pride in providing the best tactile experience for our customers. Due to the nature of sensory toys and for the health and safety of our community, we maintain a strict non-refundable policy.
1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made on Solely Squish are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer’s remorse" or because a specific texture or scent was not to your personal preference.
2. Hygiene & Safety
Because our products are designed to be handled, squeezed, and used for sensory input, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our facility. This ensures that every customer receives a brand-new, hygienic product.
3. Natural Wear and Tear
Please note that squishies and sensory toys are designed to be manipulated. Over time, "mochi" style squishies or foam toys may naturally show signs of wear, such as paint peeling or small tears. These are considered normal results of use and are not eligible for replacement.
4. Shipping Issues
Solely Squish is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before finalizing your order.
